Only the Minister or his representative, the Director  \ngeneral of air transport, can take such instructions&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<p>For\n  Fr\u00e9deric Petit, mayor of Wezembeek-Oppem, &#8220;since Monday 13th  \nJuly 2020, in spite of numerous court rulings that  \nprohibit the principle of reversal and the abusive use of the  \n01 runway on landing, and various environmental shutdowns,  \nonly runway 01\/19 is used for all rollover traffic,\n  so it&#8217;s either SOUTH to NORTH on 01 landings or  \nin the opposite direction NORTH to SOUTH on take-off 19. This leads to  \n100% total concentration of all flights in a single zone,\n  which is affected by either 100% of landings or 100% of landings.  \ntake-offs. Yet only one runway is closed: 07L\/25R.
